LAMF objectives and trustees

LAMF has been set up with three Charitable Objects:
1)  The prevention or relief of poverty of the indigenous people of the Altiplano region of Bolivia by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, healthcare projects and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient.

2)  To relieve sickness and to preserve the health of the indigenous people of the Altiplano region of Bolivia by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities and services, in particular through providing such support to the Lola Almudevar Memorial Women’s Centre.

3)  To advance the education of the public in the lives of the indigenous Aymaran people of Bolivia, in particular but not exclusively through the exchange of young aspiring journalists between Bolivia and the UK.
